two preludes
to another day can be played by any instrument or combination of instruments,
like a solo piano or jazz duo/ jazz trio, bandoneon, piano and vibraphone,
among many other possibilities. The music is written down as a piano
part which serves as the matrix for all versions including improvisations
and arrangements.
The written part can be altered and can be regarded as an inspiration
for improvisation. Melodies can be altered, parts repeated and so on.
